Blackened Salmon Salad with Dill and Lime Essential Oil Recipe 


  • 4 Salmon Steaks
  • 1 Avocado per 2 people
  • Lettuce
  • Cilantro
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • 2 drops Young Living Lime + Essential Oil (I do not recommend substituting this item for anything else. Want to know why? seedtoseal.com)
  • 2 drops Young Living Dill Vitality Essential Oil (Same thing. We only use Young Living essential oils, that we know are safe for ingestion and have no chemical fillers)
  • Balsamic Vinegar
Marinate the Salmon in 1 tbsp olive oil with 2 drops lime + Young Living Essential Oil (YLEO). Fry the salmon in 1 tbsp olive oil with a bit of sea salt and some black pepper.  

For the salad portion: chop lettuce. Slice avocado. Chop small amount of cilantro. Use garlic press and press one to two cloves of garlic in. Toss together. 

For salad dressing portion: in small glass container with lid: 1 tbsp good quality extra virgin olive oil,  3/4 tbsp good quality balsamic vinager, salt and pepper, 1 drop lime + YLEO and 1 drop Dill YLEO. Shake well and then drizzle over salad!


This goes very well with a nice lager! Add a drop of the lime + in the beer and enjoy! So refreshing and a beautiful quick supper for the family! Goes over well with guests too!
